What You’ll Do
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize our built-out CRM system and provided leads to identify potential real estate investments.
- Engage property owners, real estate agents, and industry professionals to build a strong network of leads.
- Negotiation & Deal Acquisition:
- Negotiate and secure favorable purchase agreements for off-market properties.
- Execute effective strategies to acquire properties at competitive prices.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building:
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads, ensuring continuous deal flow.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Training & Development:
- Receive comprehensive real estate training, including potential reimbursement for your real estate license course.
- Work closely with the owner of Range Property Group, Stephanie Seibert, to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, ideally in real estate or related fields.

What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Commission-based pay ranging from $45,000 to $150,000 annually, with performance bonuses.

Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
