Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief of Staff (CoS) at Range Fund Holdings in Cold Spring Harbor, NY. The CoS will be responsible for overseeing operations to support our executives, team management, and ensuring high levels of organization across our business lines. CoS positions require strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as a deep understanding of the organization and the ability to navigate complex challenges. This role presents a significant opportunity for growth.
We operate in fast paced environment with several business lines. The CoS will work closely with CEO on advancing a variety of initiatives including scheduling meetings, managing HR, overseeing physical operations, maintaining detailed internal priorities.
Core responsibilities will include:
Project management
- Overseeing large projects and initiatives, and ensuring they are completed on time and effectively
Meetings
- Planning and coordinating meetings, keeping them focused, and facilitating discussions
Communication
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO or president and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication
- Participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making with the CEO or president and senior management team
- Providing expert advice to department heads to improve team efficiency, and acting as an advisor for important business decisions
Administrative tasks
- Managing the CEO's administrative, financial, and operational activities, and planning their schedule and travel
Systems and processes
- Creating and maintaining systems and processes to streamline operations
Qualifications

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
