Assistant Property Manager

What you will be doing:

• Works as part of the Property Management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems
• Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customers service via the phone support of by on-site tenant visits
• Track tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms
• Follow up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level
• Set up, organize, and maintain files and database records for all site agreements; monitor pending real estate files; obtain, prepare and maintain real estate documentation.
• Generate and dispatch work orders for completion by vendors
• Run, review and distribute various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager
• Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors
• When necessary, prepares correspondence for insurance issues
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What you will bring along:

• High school education or higher, and four or more years of experience in real estate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers, with the ability to present information
• Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office application
• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles to understand operating budgets
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret documents
• Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations that require intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
