Digital Banking Specialists are responsible for a variety of duties to support the digital banking functions of Range Bank, always providing excellent and consistent service to internal and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responds to digital banking support requests from customers and employees, and provides appropriate solutions, or makes appropriate referrals/recommendations to other departments
- Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues for customer-facing technology, such as: digital banking, mobile apps, bill pay, mobile & remote deposit capture, debit cards, etc.
- Assists with setup, maintenance, and support relating to new and existing digital banking products
- Participates in other projects and initiatives, as required, contributing to the continued improvement of overall company performance
- Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Adheres to Range Bank policies and procedures
- Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years experience in a related position
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills
- Strong familiarity with digital banking systems
- Some college education or degree in a related field
