Role: Channel Metadata Analyst (Digital Lab)
Manager's update
- This position is in the HCP CRM group
- responsible for managing the content metadata
- Working on the CPMT tool
- required to go into Salesforce, make updates to how content is being tagged
- Person would sit in between like the brand and our IT or BTS partners
- working with our IT team to update Salesforce
- reviewing AI tags and confirming that they are correct
- working with the BTS team to help optimize some of that process
- This person will be brand-facing so want good communicator
- Working with IT team or BTS
- creating reports in sales force doing analysis
- Updating records or you know finding errors and cleaning them up they will be developing and maintaining documentation
- help us drive standardization and automations and process improvements
- help us design update reports
- Reporting is done through like email and Excel’s
- Working with Power BI and Smartsheet, Salesforce
- Some sort of experience with digital marketing operations or metadata
- Experience with database and content management, Project management
- SQL , snowflake experience is nice to have
- This is not Marketo role but Marketo is plus
- Working with brands
- E-mail is a pretty high channel (different types of emails)
- This position is more brand-to-brand but also like HCP marketing lot differently consumer marketing than just patient services marketing
- Marketing and data analytics experience will work
- Experience with lot of Metadata work is really plus
- data management and some technical aspect
- will help in launching AI solution
- Experience with data management is must must-have
- more of the technical side of things, especially because they’re going to be working like production every day with our IT team
- Looking for marketing aptitude so like the ability to work with that’s our client
- Realocation candidate will work

Summary:
- The Channel Metadata Analyst supports Client Digital Lab with day-to-day management, oversight, and optimization of marketing metadata and digital operational programs.
- This role will also cover aspects of Email Rental, Preference Center management, and dashboard/data operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, including metadata tagging and dashboard management across complex brand programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to maintain updated content, align processes, and uphold data management standards
- Utilize Salesforce (CPMT) for metadata activities
- Perform data querying, analysis, and process automation using SQL
- Develop and maintain documentation such as playbooks, guides, and RACI matrices
- Onboard cross-functional/agency teams on workflows and operational processes
- Partner with teams to gather requirements, test, and verify data inputs/outputs
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements to enable greater efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with partners
- Design, update, and maintain dashboards/operational reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, & PowerBI
- Oversee and support aspects of Email Rental and Preference Center workflows and operations
- Stay current with digital operations best practices and recommend new solutions
- Communicate clearly and set expectations throughout operational processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Experience with digital marketing operations, database/content management, project management.
- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Salesforce; proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) & Marketo a strong plus
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork and driving programs to completion
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and open to new challenges
