What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control / Inspector position at Rang Technologies Inc.?
Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Duration: 3 months
Pay Rate: $23 20% shift premium
Location: Congers, NY, 10920
Shift: 6pm to 6:30am(Thur to Sun & Fri to Sun)
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming inspection and disposition of components.
- Perform analytical testing such as Spray Pattern testing, measurements, in-process and release testing as per the Quality specification.
- Initiate Discrepant Material Report for non -conformities.
- Participate in equipment qualification and validation.
- Initiate changes to Quality documents in compliance with ISO and cGMP requirements.
- Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR).
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of production test pieces.
- Maintain and archive Quality documents.
- Assist Production personnel on Quality issues.
- Prepare test solutions.
Requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year experience in Quality Control, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- ISO experience
