RangTech is seeking an experienced and driven National Account Manager with a strong background in the staffing industry. This role is focused on building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction within the IT staffing domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue from assigned national accounts to achieve company sales targets.
• Build long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and product development to deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional account teams to deliver on client needs and drive revenue growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.

Compensation

• Base salary: $90,000 – $140,000
• On-target earnings: $180,000 (including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives)
• Final compensation will vary based on location, skills, and experience.
