Title: Business Development Associate
Location: Lowell, MA (Tue, Wed, Thu from office and Mon, Fri from home)
Shift: 8:30 – 5:30 (1 hour lunch)
Hours: 40 Hours a week. NO overtime or weekend work expected.
Duration: up to a 6-month contract
About the Team:
Our Lead Coordinators play a pivotal role in our Global Business Development and Marketing team! They are instrumental in identifying unassigned leads and quickly assigning them to Sales and BDRs for pipeline and revenue-generating opportunities.
About the Role (Global Business Development Coordinator):
- Ensure the prompt reassignment of all leads from the international "unassigned" queue to the appropriate global Business Development Representatives (BDRs) within their designated account universe.
- Regularly verify and update lead and account records in Salesforce.com, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for all international leads.
- Respond to inbound sales phone inquiries and live online chats from prospective clients, creating and qualifying leads for appropriate routing to the global Sales and BDR teams.
- Identify sales leads and collaborate with the International Reseller team for potential clients that may not fit our ideal customer profile.
- Work closely with global BDRs to ensure seamless lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline development across multiple regions and time zones.
- Proactively monitor the international unassigned lead queue to ensure timely distribution and minimize lead response times.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as within a team.
- Stay sharp: Maintain precision in CRM documentation and leverage data to refine your approach.
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing and Business Development roles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the enterprise software industry, specifically HCM or Workforce Management
- Proficient in using a CRM tool such as Salesforce.com
