Job Description
- Deliver direct and comprehensive critical care nursing to adult patients
- Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
- Monitor, assess, and document vital signs, lab values, and patient conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to implement and adjust care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
- 2 years of ICU experience
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- BLS
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
