Salary: $22 - $28 /hour (starting pay is based on experience)

Welding Inspector Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for welding operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of welding processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related issues, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to evaluate and improve welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices in welding.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas of concern.
- 3 years of experience in quality management within a welding environment.
- Knowledge of welding codes and standards such as AWS, ASME, and ISO.
- Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or similar.
