Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Manager plays a vital role in identifying areas for improvement, analyzing processes, and developing strategies to optimize workflow and eliminate waste. This role requires travel across our multi-state organization.
Location: Milner, GA (Travel required)
Salary: TBD (Highly Competitve, Based on Experience)

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis to assess current processes and measure performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects.
- Five or more years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Four-year bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
