Material Flow Coordinators are responsible for organizing, sorting and transferring raw and painted materials from one location to another both internally and externally. Material Flow Coordinators are a critical part to the operations and the success of this facility. They are the first and the final touchpoint for all materials before they reach the end customer. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, is eager to learn, works well as a team and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Material Coordinator Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Responsible for organization of incoming / outgoing products.
- Create continuous flow of raw parts to production line according to production schedule.
- Confirmation of blueprints accuracy.
- Work with the Quality Department if any defects in paint or quality concerns are present.
- Maintain inventory through organizing, cleaning and cataloging times on a regular basis.
- Investigate and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
- Provide clear communication to other shifts.
- Support customer concerns & complaints that may arise and work to resolve the issue to ensure the best customer service is provided.
- Answer calls and emails both internally and externally.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Maintain safety in accordance with company policies.
- Notify supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.
- Cross training maybe required to meet department needs.
