Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Waterloo, IA. Location: Waterloo, IA
Salary: $24 - $26 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and all other jobs required to keep the equipment functioning properly.
- Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
- Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
