Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and building rapport.

Basic computer literacy for logging customer interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.

A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.

Welcome visitors to the dealership with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Listen closely to understand exactly what kind of vehicle suits a guest's daily needs and budget.

Guide guests through our inventory and demonstrate features that make our vehicles special.

Accompany guests on test drives to ensure they feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel.

Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth transition from selection to ownership.

Follow up with previous clients to check in on their vehicle experience and offer ongoing assistance.
