Schedule: Mon – Thurs 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM / Fri 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM. Weekends: None

We are looking for a motivated, independent Service Advisor who genuinely cares about the customer experience and thrives in a family-owned, collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements
- 2 years as a Service Writer or Service Advisor preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Ability to build estimates, explain repairs and close sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Can use shop management software, phone systems and computers
- Ability to multitask
- Professional attitude
Day to Day Duties
- Automotive Service Sales Greet customers for a positive first impression
- Build repair estimates and maintenance recommendations
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repairs
- Present repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business
Training will be provided but candidate must be able to learn quickly and be comfortable discussing automotive repairs with customers.
Shop Operations
- Schedule Appointments Manage workflow between customers and technicians
- Keep repair orders organized and accurate
- Maintain professional customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain the office and a clean workspace
The right candidate will be self-motivated, organized, reliable, sales-driven, detail-oriented and a good decision maker.
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
