World Famous Randy’s Donuts is looking for an Assistant Manager for our Commissary location in Inglewood! Start training immediately. Spanish speaking a big plus. Must have minimum 3 years food production or warehouse leadership or supervisor role. Must be hands-on, hard-working, responsible and organized. Open availability is required.
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
· Cleanliness and organization of the facility
· Assist with Ordering and receiving of products and supplies/ingredients
· Assist with Distribution of donuts to corporate locations
· Assist with supervising employees
* Assist with Ensuring all Local, State and FDA guidelines are followed
· Communicates facility issues to VP Operations/Head Baker/Commissary Manager
· Promote team building, positive work environment
· Ensure production schedules are printed and followed
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Must be able to function within a team environment as well as independently.
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of driving box trucks
- MUST be available weekends and holidays
- Shift 5pm or 6pm-1:30am or 2:30pm
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a food manufacturing environment. This role may use standard warehouse equipment. The employee must regularly be able to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
