Automotive Fleet Sales Assistant Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and organized Fleet Sales Assistant Manager to support our Fleet Sales department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, isn't afraid to hold others accountable, and wants to grow within the dealership. You'll work closely with our sales team to move fleet deals forward, keep processes running smoothly, and help the department scale.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Fleet Sales Manager in the day-to-day operations of the fleet sales department

· Work directly with salespeople to structure, review, and push fleet deals through to close

· Ensure sales staff and internal teams are following established fleet sales processes and procedures

· Hold team members accountable to deadlines, paperwork accuracy, and process compliance — speaking up and redirecting when things fall off track

· Maintain and update fleet sales records, pricing sheets, and order trackers using Excel

· Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and fleet order documentation for business clients

· Take on additional responsibilities and projects as you grow into the role

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree preferred

· Strong ability to follow, enforce, and improve established processes

· Confident, direct communicator — comfortable telling people what needs to be done and following up to make sure it happens

· Comfortable working alongside salespeople to structure and move deals forward

· Proficient with computers; solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, basic data tracking)

· Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company long-term

· Automotive or fleet sales experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right person
