YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming internet leads and customer inquiries.
- Convert online opportunities into confirmed showroom appointments.
- Maintain consistent and effective follow-up with prospective customers.
- Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with management to maximize every sales opportunity.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact through delivery.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and appointment goals.
