Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify data entries for completeness and correctness, resolving discrepancies as needed
- Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring proper filing and organization of physical and electronic records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports for management review
- Support order entry processes by accurately inputting customer orders into relevant systems
- Assist with transcription tasks, converting audio or handwritten notes into digital formats
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records, supporting administrative functions
Requirements

- Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Office suite applications, and familiarity with databases and ERP systems
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience with data entry and order processing is preferred
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
- Experience with data collection methods, filing systems, and document management tools such as pivot tables in Excel
- Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
