Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, including termites, ants, rodents, and other common pests.
- Apply chemical agents safely and effectively using appropriate pest control techniques, adhering strictly to pesticide management protocols.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and farm machinery as needed to access hard-to-reach areas or perform treatment procedures.
- Follow confined space entry safety procedures and respiratory protection guidelines when working in enclosed or hazardous environments.
- Implement integrated pest management strategies that combine chemical treatments with environmental modifications for long-term pest control solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control services, entomology, or related fields such as farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable, but not required.
- Familiarity with pesticide handling regulations and pesticide management best practices.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladder safety procedures, farm machinery, and other equipment required for pest control tasks.
- Strong understanding of integrated pest management principles and environmentally responsible pest control methods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
