Position Summary: The Regional Market Manager will oversee performance, sales, and operational excellence across multiple Interstate-Owned Territories (IOTs). Reporting to senior leadership, this role is a critical connector between front-line execution and high-level business strategy.

Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Oversight

• Own P&L performance across your assigned region ($17M–$63M).

• Monitor and analyze KPIs, scorecards, and financial data to optimize performance.

• Collaborate on annual business planning and forecasting.

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Partner with Market General Managers (MGMs) to drive local market sales.

• Analyze declining markets and lead turnaround strategies.

• Support new business development and key customer relationships.

• Ensure SLA compliance for National Accounts.

People Leadership

• Coach and develop MGMs; lead performance reviews and team engagement.

• Conduct quarterly in-field “shoulder-to-shoulder” weeks with MGMs.

• Build talent pipelines for future leadership opportunities.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure SOP and reporting compliance across all operations.

• Act as liaison between operations and the support center.

• Lead process improvement initiatives and asset audits.
