Randstad is working with a client to fill several Print Associate positions for a one month assignment in Memphis. The project is expected to start on 12/29/25 and go until the end of January 2026 but does have the opportunity to be extended into February. You will be working in an office setting environment. There is no experience required, they are willing to train the right candidate. This client offers other contracts throughout the year as well. Weekly pay & overtime. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Produce and separate clients’ reports, checks, and vouchers.
• Seal checks and validate check counts.
• Packages clients’ paychecks and vouchers along with applicable reports.
• Sorts packages and logs by applicable delivery service.
• Confirms successful FedEx, UPS, and courier deliveries.
• Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on departmental operating procedures.
• Ordering and quality check of production supplies.
• Order and distribution of all general office supplies.
• Ensures adequate supply of checks, toner, envelopes, paper, etc.
• This is a climate-controlled environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• General office and/or production experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and complete multiple activities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the work shift as well as lift up to 25 lbs.
