Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Warren County, TN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining overall department efficiency, reducing cycle and setup times for production machines, and implementing 5S standards in the work area.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with scheduling, purchasing, engineering and program managers for production schedules, forecasts and material needs
- Train team on proper tool and equipment usage, while ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintain overall department efficiency and reduce cycle and setup times for production machines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field preferred
- Thermoforming and prior direct management experience required
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
