What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience: High School Diploma / Associate Degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) paired with relevant experience in project management, vendor management, equipment planning, inventory control, or data analysis.
System Savvy: Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management platforms and electronic tools.
Detail-Oriented & Adaptable: solid organizational skills, quick to learn new systems, and exceptional follow-through.
Hybrid Readiness: Based in or near the Denver-Metro area with the ability to report on-site to our Regional Office / Tech Center in Greenwood Village/Centennial when needed for vendor deliveries or site walkthroughs.
Competitive Pay: $22.41 – $33.13 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As an Operational Transitions Specialist, you will keep key operations running smoothly while serving as a vital anchor for our project management workflows. You will:
Keep Projects on Track: Conduct budget and project plan audits, manage schedules, track deliverables, and document project milestones.
Coordinate On-Site & Vendor Operations: Serve as the point of contact for vendor deliveries, installer meetings, and physical walkthroughs across local sites.
Streamline Communications: Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional business partners, track risk analysis, and report project status updates to key stakeholders.
Support Practice & Provider Onboarding: Assist with practice location setups, branding crosswalk submissions, insurance eligibility access requests, and patient notifications.
Optimize Workflows: Help deploy tools, optimize project management boards, and solve day-to-day operational roadblocks.
