Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Process contract changes, promotions/demotions, and maintain personnel records and files.
- Prepare welcome letters and onboarding packets for new agents; coordinate training registrations, lodging, meals, and incentive items.
- Support market leadership with reporting, award tracking, contests, and event coordination.
- Handle office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and invoice reconciliation.
- Provide support in planning meetings, rallies, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience with insurance licensing is highly preferred.
