TODAY! location: BALTIMORE, Maryland job type: Contract salary: $41 - 44 per hour work hours: 7am to 11am education: High School responsibilities: Maintain production flow by supporting daily operations and ensuring output aligns with customer delivery requirements Develop and maintain setup documentation, SOPs, and process controls to strengthen quality and operational consistency Drive improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and support on-time production Provide hands-on technical support across machines, systems, and production equipment Utilize data tracking tools to monitor performance and identify trends Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution Qualifications: Must have experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical operations environment strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability Must have experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, or precision systems CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) prefferred Prior experience with process development or continuous improvement preferred Shift Details 1st Shift: Thursday-Sunday | 2:00pm-12:00am Indivudals will complete 30-60 days of day shift training Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm prior to shift transition qualifications: Experience level: Experienced Minimum 4 years of experience Education: High School skills: Manufacturing Quality Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
