We are urgently seeking an experienced, temporary HR Business Partner to support our client's manufacturing team at the Fontana, CA plant with an on-site presence to immediately support to the team.
This role offers exposure to the full scope of HR functions in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an on-site position.

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (on-site)

Qualifications We Seek
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant HR experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related filed

Responsibilities
As an on-site HR Partner, you will be the consultant to management and an employee champion, responsible for oversight and implementation of HR functions for all employee groups (salaried, salaried non-exempt, and hourly).
- Employee Relations (ER): Manage all ER activities and act as the main point of contact for staff questions. Conduct investigations and make recommendations regarding disciplinary actions or terminations.
- On-site Support & Visibility: Provide a high level of customer service and HR visibility, actively engaging with employees across the facility, including the manufacturing floor.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with the recruitment team to coordinate interviews, conduct onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Provide HR expertise on employment laws and practices, ensure policy compliance, and act as a change agent to enhance growth.
- Safety & Projects: Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, including case management of work-related injuries.
