Forklift Operator - Raymond Reach and Stand Up 10am 6:30pm shift

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dock Associate to join our fast-paced shipping and receiving team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), staging and loading outbound shipments, and auditing freight to ensure 100% load accuracy before transport.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Toyota Sit-Down forklifts and Raymond Stand-Up forklifts to move, stage, and load freight.
Outbound Load Auditing: Conduct detailed physical and mathematical audits of outbound loads against shipping manifests, Bills of Lading (BOL), and order sheets.
Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trailers, inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage, and verify piece counts.
Inventory & Systems: Utilize RF handheld scanners to track inventory movements and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols, facility speed limits, and 5S/7S warehouse organization standards.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
Equipment Experience (Required): Proven, hands-on experience operating both Toyota Sit-Down forklifts and Raymond Stand-Up forklifts.
Math & Auditing Skills: Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, unit-of-measure conversions) required for auditing freight counts and verifying load weights/quantities.
Dock Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume warehouse shipping/receiving dock environment.
RF Scanner Proficiency: Experience using handheld RF scanners for inventory tracking and order lookup.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand/sit for extended periods during an 8-10 hour shift.
