Are you an experienced supply chain and logistics professional looking for an exciting new opportunity? Randstad is seeking a motivated Fleet Coordinator for a temporary contract in the chemicals manufacturing industry. The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for for ensuring the efficient tracking, reporting, and administration of the company's CS2 fleet, all inbound and outbound logistics, and supporting critical data hygiene within the Global Fleet Management (GFM) system. ***This is a contract position expected to last 90 days - with potential for extension*** Qualified candidates must possess:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or fleet coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or fleet management software (experience with GFM or similar systems is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for generating reports and coordinating with internal and external teams (e.g., Customer Service, Shipping Carriers)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute a weekly status email detailing the current location, operational status, and utilization of the CS2 fleet.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of outbound shipments, including daily tracking from departure to customer delivery.
- Oversee returns processing logistics, ensuring the timely and accurate physical movement and tracking of all returned assets.
- Generate and issue immediate notifications to the Customer Service team upon receipt or processing of a returned item to initiate the creation of a Return Order (RO).
- Maintain a detailed log and actively track the status of all returns, from initial notification through final disposition and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform regular cleanup and maintenance of the Global Fleet Management (GFM) system data to ensure accuracy, eliminate redundancy, and support reliable reporting.
- Verify all shipment and returns data is accurately logged in the GFM system to maintain a single source of truth for all asset movements.
