Responsibilities
Handle basic client inquiries and requests primarily via email and live chat. This includes providing general updates on case status and processing routine information changes.
Accurately document all interactions, case updates, and relevant information within the internal systems.
Redirect claims and complex inquiries to the appropriate department or senior staff member for further handling.
Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all non-call client interactions.
