About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional customer service to insureds, agents and CSRs across the state of Tennessee.
The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, a customer service background or experience in a related position, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze billing, collect payments, and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern.
- Answer general underwriting questions.
