What You’ll Do :

• Configure, test, and repair enterprise servers and next-gen liquid-cooled AI platforms.

• Run firmware/scripts, perform root-cause diagnostics, and collaborate with engineering.

• Log progress on dashboards and maintain Lean/6S quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• An Associate degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field (or CompTIA A , Network , or Server certifications) is preferred

• Candidates should have hands-on experience with server hardware, data center equipment, Windows/Linux environments, and networking fundamentals, as well as familiarity with diagnostic tools, automation/scripting, or Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Temp to Hire, 40 hrs a week (overtime available and optional) Pay-rate 1. 2nd shift Mon - Fri || (3PM to 11:45PM) : $19.55 an hour 2. 3rd shift Sun - Sat || (11PM to 7:45AM) : $21.25 an hour 3. Responsibilities

• Setup and test systems
• Update and verify systems
• Execution of systems test scripts and processes
• Identification of error codes
• Troubleshooting of system errors for corrective actions
• Execution of system hardware repairs per proper procedures
• Manage/escalate issues impacting systems in test and communicate to:
• Work with extended team to identify and execute process improvements / 5S actions:
