Immediate position for a Communications Specialist who can create engaging content for both internal and external audiences. You will be responsible for developing and sharing information through various channels, with a focus on supporting business needs and fostering a strong internal communication environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and readily adjust to changing demands. This role requires flexibility to support a variety of business needs, including both communication and administrative tasks.This is a fully on-site position in Marana, AZ. Local candidates preferred as this is a fully onsite position.
salary : $38 - $41 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM
education : Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies for various audiences.
- Handle media inquiries and create marketing materials.
- Manage community engagement and stakeholder relations.
- Prepare employees for internal and external events and communication requests.
- Create internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, flyers).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive tour program for our client's Innovation Center. This includes designing engaging tour routes, creating informative materials, and establishing processes for scheduling and managing visits.
- Create graphics and other visual materials for internal and external use.
- Produce, film, and edit videos.
- Oversee all aspects of site tours.
- Managing logistics such as scheduling, transportation, and site accessibility.
- Providing expert on-site coordination to ensure a smooth and informative experience.
