We are seeking an experienced Lead A&P Mechanic to drive operational excellence, mentor technicians, and manage complex repairs while ensuring strict FAA/Part 145 compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance crews and project workflows.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve AOG events.
- Ensure rigorous safety and regulatory adherence.
- 5–8 years maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership/mentorship ability.
- Must meet 14 CFR Part 65 & FAA/DOT screening standards.

Responsibilities
- FAA A&P Certificate (Required)
- Leadership & Mentorship (5–8 years experience)
- Advanced Troubleshooting (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Powerplant)
- Regulatory Compliance (FAA, Part 145, SMS)
- Documentation Management (Electronic records/tracking systems)
- Operations Coordination (Workflow, scheduling, AOG support)
- Quality Control (Audits, inspections, safety adherence)
- Experience with electronic maintenance records and computerized maintenance tracking systems.
- Understanding of FAA regulations, Part 145 Repair Station requirements, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Ability to read, write, and understand English in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.
