Responsibilities

• FAA A&P Certificate (Required)
• Leadership & Mentorship (5–8 years experience)
• Advanced Troubleshooting (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Powerplant)
• Regulatory Compliance (FAA, Part 145, SMS)
• Documentation Management (Electronic records/tracking systems)
• Operations Coordination (Workflow, scheduling, AOG support)
• Quality Control (Audits, inspections, safety adherence)
• Experience with electronic maintenance records and computerized maintenance tracking systems.
• Understanding of FAA regulations, Part 145 Repair Station requirements, and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 6 hours at one time
