Join a collaborative finance department as our client's new Accounts Payable Clerk. You will be the central point of contact for all vendor payment inquiries and play a vital role in managing operational cash flow. We are looking for an individual proficient in full-cycle A/P duties, including processing invoices, executing payment runs, and performing month-end accruals. Expertise with industry-leading ERP platforms (NetSuite, Dynamics365, or SAP) is essential for maintaining process efficiency and supporting accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing & Data Entry:

  • Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including receiving, coding, and entering high volumes of invoices accurately into NetSuite, Dynamics365, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

  • Ensure all invoices are properly approved according to company policies (3-way match, purchase order verification, etc.).

• Vendor Management & Payments:

  • Process weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) and ensure timely disbursements.

  • Respond promptly to all vendor inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate vendor master files and track 1099 compliance data.

• Reconciliation & Month-End:

  • Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements to the A/P sub-ledger.

  • Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and general ledger account reconciliation.

  • Resolve complex A/P issues, debit memos, and duplicate invoices.

• System & Process Improvement:

  • Utilize ERP system features (like automated workflows and reporting) to maximize efficiency and control.

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and A/P policies.
