Accounts Payable Randstad - Jacksonville, FL $22 - $25 an hour Salary: $22 - 25 per hour + none Reference: AB_5122674 We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team on a temporary-to-hire basis. You will play a vital role in managing full-cycle accounts payable operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendor inquiries are addressed promptly, and financial records remain current. This position offers a direct path to permanent employment based on job performance, accuracy, and attendance during the trial period. salary: $22 - $25 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Review, code, and enter high-volume vendor invoices with speed and high numerical accuracy Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices to verify pricing, quantities, and approvals Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers for management approval Reconcile vendor statements, research and resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional manner Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy and accurate GL account coding Assist the accounting team with month-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliations and accruals Maintain digital and physical AP files, tax documentation (W-9s), and 1099 compliance records The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required) Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required) Month-End Close (2 years of experience is required) Cash Posting (2 years of experience is required) Disbursements/Check Runs (2 years of experience is required) Coding/Batching (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
