salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Support processing tasks including policy servicing, data entry, and document management.
- Prepare reports, legal notices, and other correspondence accurately and on time.
- Maintain policy documentation and provide top-tier administrative support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience (insurance experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access knowledge a bonus.
- High School diploma required; continued education preferred.
