Looking for several Telecom Expense Analysts for year long initial contract to start with probable extensions and possible conversions to FTE of our client.
This role is for one or our best financial clients with offices in NYC, Southern New Jersey, Southern Maine, Florida and South Carolina.
Candidates can work onsite in Southern New Jersey but 100% remote working EST hours is also ok.

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify issues and opportunities, understand trends and provide advice to TEM management and respective teams while raising industry, external and internal, enterprise and business awareness.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the area of TEM provisioning.
- Provide TEM Analyst functions in support of client initiatives, covering the full scope of TEM related services including investigation, inventory and billing analysis, reporting, circuit provisioning / termination activities, number porting activities, and post conversion reconciliation activities.
- Understand and adhere to TEM processes and key controls to manage the ongoing provisioning of telecom orders, disconnects and changes
- Provide reporting, analysis, and assessments. Adhere to internal policies / procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
- Identify variances and contribute to the analysis, due diligence and implementation of initiatives and/or business operations within defined area of responsibility.
- Support development and/or/ implementation of standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure TEM inventory is accurate and complete
- Understand and adhere to data governance requirements in order to maintain/enhance inventory value and integrity
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with telecom vendors
- Collaborate with TEM team members in identifying provisioning/inventory anomalies to ensure process gaps and root cause are identified and mitigated
Must Have :
- Telecomm Expense Management Experience - 5yrs
- Telecommunication vendor and reporting experience 5yrs
(in progressive TEM/Telecom related roles, a concentration in Telecom procurement and inventory management is preferred)
-Full Cycle - Project management and Methodology (Confidence and ability to independently lead projects end-to-end (primarily non-routine, escalated, and specialized or complex issues), generally within short- to medium- term projects horizons (weekly to monthly) 5yrs*- Working knowledge of internal process related to Move, Add, Change process associated with legacy voice, VoIP and data infrastructure 5yrs- Telecom order experience with infrastructure circuit orders, ordering systems, PO generation and follow up co-ordination
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visio
