Randstad InHouse Services onsite at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center is seeking to hire candidates for all shifts. As the only onsite staffing provider at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center in Chambersburg, we will give you the best, easiest, and quickest way to start your career as a Warehouse Associate. We have been onsite with Ulta since 2014 and have had nearly 400 of our associates go permanent with Ulta! We staff for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and also staff weekend shifts. Pay rates start at $17.00 per hour for our 1st shift weekday schedules and $19.00 per hour for our 2nd and 3rd shift positions. Our weekend shifts also receive a differential pay of $.50 to $1.50/hr based on shift. In addtion to the great starting pay and training we also offer other great benefits and perks. During our key 2 weeks of peak 11/20 through 13/3 earn Double Time Overtime! Up to $1894.00!

Responsibilities
Associates will be picking, sorting, packing, shipping, and labeling products that are being shipping to Ulta Beauty retail stores and salons and to online guests who have purchased items on the Ulta website. Paid training is provided. All positions do require associates to be standing an or walking for an entire shift and some lifting may be required. Associates will be using RF Scanners and company and industry specific technolgy and will be given all of the tools needed to succeed.
