Randstad is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Clerk to join our client, a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company in Bohemia, NY. This is a crucial, hands-on role responsible for the efficient and accurate movement and management of inventory within the warehouse, ensuring superior service for our client's customers.
salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
Preparation: Process, pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders and carrier specifications (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL freight).
Documentation: Generate, verify, and maintain all necessary shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and international customs forms, ensuring compliance.
System Entry: Accurately update shipment status, tracking numbers, and details within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or client-specific software.
Loading: Assist in the safe and efficient loading of finished goods onto trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
