Bilingual Customer Service - Logistics

We are hiring a hybrid 2nd shift Customer Service Associate. This is a contract to hire position with a large American logistics company. The ideal candidate will have Spanish fluency, customer service experience, and be a great communicator. Must be able to work the following shift: Thursday - Monday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

We are hiring a Customer Service Associate who is fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities could include:

• Work closely with common carriers to ensure on-time deliveries by checking shipment status daily and maintaining transportation relationships.
• Communicate with associates from other shifts
• Complete daily logs and checklists
• Work with customers to resolve any transportation issues
