Accounting Clerk

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of accouting related experience with experinece handling Accounts Receivable/collections. The regular schedule would be Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 4 pm. Responsibilities

• Performs specialized calculations, posting and accounting functions.
• Prepares and issues credit and debit memos.
• Creates, extends and issues bills and invoices from appropriate sales and shipping documents.
• Codes data for input to financial data processing system.
• Reconciles difficult report discrepancies and problems.

• Other duties and projects as assigned.
