Recruitment Coordinator

**This role requires work 3 days a week onsite at our client office in Menlo Park, CA

As an Onsite Interview Scheduling Concierge you are responsible for administration and operational support of the interview recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication and problem solving skills, be process driven, and have keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Candidate and hiring manager engagement activities during onsite interviews
• Interview scheduling and meeting coordination support both for onsite interviews and video interviews being conducted at the office location
• Managing logistics for candidates traveling onsite for interviews - including directions, parking and other entry logistics to the office locations
• Assist with setting up laptops for presentations or exercises
• Quickly pivot for any last minute challenges that may be encountered, minimizing candidate exposure to whatever extent possible
• Collaborate on special projects

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment coordination support, meeting scheduling and administration and/or customer service experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving and logical reasoning skills
• Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to take direction and execute a plan
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
• Track record of proven results

The base salary range for this position is equivalent to $72,800 to $79,040, this role pays hourly and is an RPO contractor position.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
