What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Associate (Pharma)- Alarms position at Randstad Enterprise?
Randstad Enterprises is in search of an ethical professional to work onsite and monitor/reduce the Alarms set off on the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing equipment throughout the facility in RTP.
**GMP experience in a Manufacturing Plant**

100% onsite Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
- Log Checks - no leaks or alarms or concerns
- The daily walk through will take an hour or hour and a half
- You will carry a phone that is attached to alarms and response
- Collaboration with mechanic
- Learning the plant and walking
- Emails and follow up
- Good report writing skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Computer literate with the ability to use and navigate for documentation
- Responsible for alarms used in the manufacturing facility
- Attention to detail with documentation and follow up
- Investigation of monitoring systems to catch alerts before they happen
- Relaying information through proper communications and protocols
- To eventually learn and understand the systems well enough to relay the information and understand what is in their realm of capability
Work Conditions:
- Walking and standing a large portion of the time
- Traveling by foot between buildings along with use of stairs
- Able to work in an environment where temperatures will fluctuate above and below the normal ranges
- Mechanical knowledge related to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
- Alarm or machine operation a plus
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Associates preferred
