Sales Representative – B2B | Security & Industrial Uniforms
In office | Base: $55K–$75K Commission | Full-Time
Main office location: Gaithersburg, MD Work Location: In Office traveling to clients as needed
We’re hiring 2–3 motivated B2B Sales Representatives to help drive growth in the uniform and apparel industry. This is a chance to get in early with a growing team, own your territory, and build lasting client relationships in sectors like security, industrial services, and law enforcement.

Responsibilities:
-Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and outbound outreach
-Present custom uniform and apparel solutions tailored to client needs
-Engage prospects from small businesses to procurement professionals at large firms
-Work onsite with occasional in-person client meetings across MD/DC/VA
-Leverage our CRM (HubSpot) to track sales activity and client engagement
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven B2B sales experience (uniforms, promotional products, or apparel a plus)
-A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and handling rejection with resilience
-Someone who knows how to close and isn’t afraid to ask for the sale
-Professional communication and time-management skills
-Experience with CRM systems (especially HubSpot)
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
