responsibilities:
? Understands healthcare workflows (lab, ADT, scheduling, registries, etc.)
? Strong verbal and written communication skills (can explain issues clearly to non technical stakeholders)
? Experience working in HIPAA regulated healthcare IT environments
? Experience supporting 24x7 production/on call environments
