Key Responsibilities & Requirements

WMS Management: Direct management of the WMS platform.

Team Leadership: Manage a small team of two developers (one WMS Dev and one NetSuite Dev).

Technical Acumen:

Oversee systems architecture and development.

Must be able to read code (software development experience).

Required technology experience: VB, JavaScript, C#, API, and ERP experience.

Strategic & Functional Role:

Be influential in strategic direction, not just maintenance and troubleshooting.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technical Expertise:

Development Background: Must have prior hands-on software development experience with the ability to read and understand code.

Tech Stack: Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript is required.

Integration: Strong experience with APIs and system integrations.

Systems: Proven experience managing ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Strategic Vision: Ability to look ahead and plan for future system needs rather than just solving today's problems.

Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
