User Experience Design Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team, focusing on complex user needs. Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives and user needs. Communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and team members. Proactive Design Leadership and Collaboration Identify opportunities for product and process improvements. Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for UX in business goals. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives. Communicate design concepts effectively and foster a collaborative design process. Mentor and guide staff and junior designers, fostering professional growth. User Testing and Research Plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions to validate design decisions. Use various research methods to inform and enhance the user experience. Continuous Learning Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices. Seek professional development opportunities and share knowledge with the team.
