Sr Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer Senior on our team, you 'll assist the team in supporting IT technology strategies, such as continuous delivery for business agility, end-to-end application development and deployment processes, and the administration of such supporting tools. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing robust, scalable, pragmatic and realistic build and deployment solutions that work for our customers. This contractor will work in a team environment utilizing your experience in Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies while focusing on application lifecycle tools.

- This contractor in this role will work closely with our engineers on a variety of assignments that help move improve the usage, administration, and scalability of the tools we support. Specifically, with a focus on Azure DevOps and GitHub.

- This can involve large scale configuration changes that need to be coordinated across our user base.

- Small scale configuration changes.

- Creating scripts to provide opportunities for automation.

- Help with application updates which may require some off business hours work (frequency is very limited).

- Minimum of 5 years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems.

- {OR} Associate's degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math, or other related field of study and minimum of 4 years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems.
