Are you an elite relationship architect with a "hunter" soul? Randstad Digital is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead one of our most high-visibility enterprise accounts in the Southeast.

Based in the Miramar/Miami area, you will be the primary face of our digital service offerings for a market-leading client. This isn’t a maintenance role; it’s a growth-focused mission. You’ll be stepping into a robust, established ecosystem with the specific mandate to scale our footprint and introduce innovative technology solutions to new business units.

Key Objectives

• Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and capture new opportunities within a large-scale enterprise environment, shifting from "vendor" to "strategic partner."
• Stakeholder Mastery: Navigate a complex corporate landscape to build deep, lasting relationships with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level IT leaders.
• Solution Selling: Position Randstad Digital’s expertise in Cloud, Data & Analytics, and Digital Engineering to solve real-world business challenges.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with our world-class delivery and recruitment squads to ensure we are consistently providing the high-caliber talent our clients expect.

The Ideal Profile

• The Experience: 3-5 years of success in IT Staffing Sales. You know how to navigate high-volume, high-stakes accounts.
• The Mentality: You possess a "Hunter" spirit but apply it within existing accounts. You aren't satisfied with the status quo; you are always looking for the next project or department to support.
• Industry Savvy: Experience within the Retail, Consumer Goods, or Distribution sectors is a major advantage. You understand the unique pace and operational needs of these businesses.
• Connectivity: You are local to the Miramar/Miami area and thrive on high-touch, in-person client engagement.

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.

Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
