Are you a meticulous quality assurance professional with a passion for emerging technologies? A premier digital workforce security innovator is seeking an adaptable Quality Assurance Engineer to support their internal business systems teams. In this fully remote role, you will ensure the high-quality output of diverse business systems, spanning enterprise SaaS platforms and cutting-edge, custom-built applications. You will be instrumental in defining test strategies, executing complex test cases, and exploring the frontiers of technology by testing Large Language Models and automated workflows. • Dive into daily requirements documentation to thoroughly grasp new system functionalities and translate them into robust test strategies.
• Execute functional, regression, and user acceptance testing across various enterprise software applications and internal platforms.
• Conduct specialized quality assessments on artificial intelligence solutions and Large Language Models to ensure accuracy and business alignment.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline repetitive workflows and enhance overall test coverage.
• Investigate, document, and track software bugs, collaborating closely with development and business analysis teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Validate cross-system integrations to ensure seamless data flow and process continuity across the business landscape.
• Provide clear, actionable quality metrics and testing documentation to technical and non-technical stakeholders during regular team stand-ups.

Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).

3 years of proven experience in software quality assurance.

Demonstrated expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies, particularly across enterprise SaaS environments.

Proficiency with at least one major test automation framework.

Solid working knowledge of programming or query languages (such as SQL, Java, or Python) and API testing utilities like Postman.

Extensive experience utilizing issue tracking software for bug management and requirement documentation.

A self-starter mentality with exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with evaluating artificial intelligence systems and testing outputs from Large Language Models.

Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.

Exposure to major cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Previous experience with specific automation tools like Copado Robotic Testing or workflow platforms like UiPath.

Understanding of core security testing principles and data integration validation.
